Jet-Tekno’s aircraft refuelling systems are engineered for demanding conditions. Our refueller has undergone rigorous cold climate testing and complies with NATO STANAG 2895 cold weather standards (C1 and C2), guaranteeing reliable performance in Arctic environments, including the challenging conditions of Norway, Sweden and Greenland.
Standard refuelling components typically operate down to -25°C or -30°C. To push beyond these limits, Jet-Tekno conducted extensive development across multiple subsystems. Key components were tested in our own cold chamber, followed by full-scale testing in an independent climate laboratory.
The result: a refuelling system that performs reliably at -40°C, with optimized flow control, durable materials, and enhanced safety even in deep freeze conditions.
The refueller’s critical functions were validated in a professional climate chamber operating at -40°C. This rigorous testing ensures that the equipment remains fully operational even in extreme cold.
Whether supporting civil aviation or military operations in remote Arctic locations, Jet-Tekno’s refuellers are ready for the challenge.
